Express Shipping: All orders are shipped from Perú with DHL Express courier—free express shipping on orders over $200. Orders will be processed within two business days. Delivery is within 3 to 5 business days, and international tracking is provided.
For items purchased through a third-party retailer (website or store) please contact them directly.
So that you know, shipping charges do not include taxes or duty. Customers are solely responsible for any customs, duties, foreign taxes, or other fees that their country may impose to take delivery of their order. Notice ALQO WASI is not responsible for items damaged or lost during customs inspection in transit.
We do not refund money once the purchase is made.
Damaged or defective products:
We only allow refunds for damaged or defective items during the first 15 days of receipt. All refunds require prior coordination with ALQO WASI. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Products must be in original packaging, unused, and in sellable condition. We reserve the right to determine whether an item has been used or washed.
Refunds cannot be issued for delayed or lost packages resulting from unavailability of the recipient, acts of public authority, riots, strikes, labor disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to weather phenomena or natural disasters, or if an ordered product is out of stock or has limited availability.
Undeliverable packages that require reshipment at the customer’s request are subject to a reshipment charge equivalent to the original shipping fees. This includes refusal of a package, unclaimed packages, or misinformation on the part of the customer.
Sale items are final and non-refundable.
You can only exchange items for a different size based on stock availability.
Step 1: Pack the product, including the original labels. You also need to indicate the order number to identify it. Items should be returned unused with all Alqo Wasi garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer at the customer´s expense.
Step 2: Send the packaged product to our office(*). Alqo Wasi does not assume shipping costs, which the customer must bear.
Step 3: When the product arrives at our office, we will review it to determine the approval or rejection of the required change, and we will inform you by email if the change is appropriate or not within a maximum period of up to 3 business days, after receiving the product. If applicable, we will send you a coupon equivalent to the amount of the product purchased to your email so that you can proceed with the new purchase from our website, www.alqowasi.com. If this doesn’t apply, we’ll let you know by email so that you can come and collect the product.
Step 4: Once you receive the coupon, enter the website, choose the new product for which the change will be made, and insert the coupon code at checkout. If the value of the new product selected is greater, you must pay the difference by any of the payment methods on our website (credit card, bank transfer, cash payment).
* The exchange coupon sent to your email with the value of the returned product does not apply to the re-delivery cost.
