We Ship Anywhere in the World!


Express Shipping: All our orders are shipped with DHL Express courier. Free express shipping on orders over $200. Orders will be processed within 2 business days. Delivery within 3 to 5 business days and international tracking provided.

For items purchased through a third party retailer (website or store) please contact them directly.

Please note that shipping charges do not include taxes or duty. Customers are solely responsible for any customs, duties, foreign taxes or other fees that his/her country may impose to take delivery of his/her order. Notice ALQO WASI is not responsible for items damaged or lost during customs inspection in transit.

Disclaimer: Your Andean treasure is coming all the way from Peru! At ALQO WASI we try our best to make sure that our clients and their pets are happy and satisfied with our products.

Please notice our products are individually handmade, all sizes given must be considered as approximations, and minor imperfections and slight variations in color or design from items selected should be expected.

Damaged or defective products:

For damaged or defective items you must contact us within 15 days of receipt. All exchanges or refunds require a prior coordination with ALQO WASI. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Products must be in original packaging, unused and in sellable condition. We reserve the right to determine whether an item has been used or washed.

Undeliverable packages:

Refunds cannot be issued for delayed or lost packages resulting from unavailability of the recipient, acts of public authority, riots, strikes, labor disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to weather phenomena or natural disasters, or in the event that an ordered product is out of stock or has limited availability.

Undeliverable packages which require reshipment at the customer’s request are subject to a reshipment charge equivalent to the original shipping fees. This includes refusal of a package, unclaimed packages, or misinformation on the part of the customer.

Sale items:

Sale items are final and non-refundable.


Please note you can only exchange items for a different size, based on stock availability.

Please indicate your order number and include the reason of exchange. Items should be returned unused and with all Alqo Wasi garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.
