We ship worldwide via DHL Express.

Orders are processed within 2 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on destination.

Enjoy free express shipping on orders over $200.

Each order is carefully prepared before shipping.

Duties & Taxes
Shipping charges do not include duties or taxes.

These may be applied by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.

However, we accept exchanges or store credit for eligible items.

Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 15 days of receipt.

All cases require prior approval.

Items must be:

• unused
• in original condition
• with all tags attached
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
To request an exchange:

Return the item unused, with original labels and order reference
Ship the product to our office (return shipping is the customer’s responsibility)
Once received, we will review the item within 3 business days
If approved, you will receive a store credit to place a new order
If the new item has a higher value, the difference must be covered at checkout.

Sale items
Sale items are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

Undeliverable packages
We are unable to issue refunds for delivery issues caused by:

• recipient unavailability
• incorrect shipping information
• customs procedures
• weather or external disruptions

Reshipment requests are subject to additional shipping charges.

Additional Information
Orders purchased through third-party retailers must be handled directly with the original seller.
