Wholesale Terms & Brand Guidelines

Please review the following wholesale terms carefully before placing your order.

Accessing the Wholesale Site:

• Please complete the registration form to apply as a wholesale customer.
• Allow 2–3 business days for your account to be authorized. You will receive a confirmation email once your account is activated (please check your spam folder).
• To log in, visit: http://alqowasi.com/helpful-info/wholesale-login/ and enter your credentials.
• While logged into your wholesale account, retail purchasing access will not be available.

Placing Your Order:

• Browse the website and select your preferred items.
• The minimum order value is USD $300.00.
• All prices are listed in US dollars.
• Shipping is calculated automatically based on your location.
• Free shipping promotions (orders over $200) apply to retail only and are not valid for wholesale orders.
• Sales through Amazon, eBay, or Etsy are not permitted.

• Credit Card
  Orders are charged automatically. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing prior to shipment.
• Bank Transfer
  Please send payment confirmation to proceed with your order. Processing time is 2–3 business days after confirmation.
  All bank fees are the responsibility of the customer.
• PayPal

Shipping

• Orders are processed within 2 business days.
• Delivery time is 3–5 business days, with international tracking provided.
• All orders are shipped via DHL Express from Lima, Peru.

Important Shipping Information

• Shipping charges cover postage only.
• Customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• Alqo Wasi is not responsible for items delayed, damaged, or lost during customs inspection in transit.
• Delivery times may vary depending on destination country.
• Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Undeliverable Packages

Packages that require reshipment due to:

• refusal
• unclaimed delivery
• incorrect information provided by the customer

will incur a reshipment fee equivalent to the original shipping cost.

Liability Disclaimer

Refunds cannot be issued for delays or losses resulting from:

• recipient unavailability
• acts of public authority
• strikes, riots, or labor disputes
• transportation disruptions due to weather or natural disasters
• product unavailability or limited stock

Returns

• For damaged or defective items, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt.
• All returns or exchanges require prior coordination with Alqo Wasi.
• Products must be:
  • unused
  • in original packaging
  • in sellable condition
• Alqo Wasi reserves the right to determine whether an item has been used or washed.
• Approved refunds will be issued for the product value only and processed upon receipt of the returned item(s).

Alqo Wasi® Brand & Image Guidelines

To maintain clarity and consistency of our brand:

Brand Usage

• Authorized resellers must use the name “Alqo Wasi” in all communications, listings, and marketing materials.
• The following variations are not permitted when referring to the brand:
  • “Alqo”
  • “Wasi”
  • “Peruvian”
  • “Peruvian Dogwear”
  • “Dogwear”
  • or any other variation

Accuracy of Information

• Product names, descriptions, specifications, and images must be used exactly as provided by Alqo Wasi.
• Misleading or incorrect product information is not permitted.

Brand Monitoring

• Alqo Wasi reserves the right to monitor digital and physical use of its brand and enforce its intellectual property rights.

Brand Visibility

• All products must be presented under the Alqo Wasi® name.
• Brand attribution is required across all listings and marketing materials.

Integrity of Authorship

• Alqo Wasi retains full authorship of all designs.
• Retailers may not imply ownership of design, creation, or manufacturing.

Image Protection

• All photography provided by Alqo Wasi is protected intellectual property.
• The following are strictly prohibited without written approval:
  • AI modification
  • digital alteration
  • recoloring
  • background replacement
  • cropping that removes brand elements
  • any other form of image manipulation

Private Label Restrictions

• Products may not be:
  • rebranded
  • relabeled
  • repackaged
  • sold under alternate branding

unless explicitly authorized under a formal agreement.
