ACCESSING WHOLESALE SITE:
- Please fill the registration form to sign up as a wholesale customer.
- Allow 2-3 business days for your account to be authorized. You will receive a confirmation email when your account is activated. Please check your SPAM!
- To login to our website, visit http://alqowasi.com/helpful-info/wholesale-login/ and enter your login information.
- Once logged in you will not be able to view or purchase products on our retail site if you are logged into your wholesale account.
PLACING YOUR ORDER:
- Browse through our website and select the items of your preference
- The minimum order is $280.00 US dollars
- Currency is in US dollars
- Shipping will be calculated automatically according to your location
- Free shipping over $200 is not valid for wholesale orders. This is only for retail orders.
CHECKING OUT & PAYMENT:
Please select your preferred payment method.
- Credit Card Option: Your order will be automatically charge. Please allow 2-3 business days to ship your order.
- Bank Transfer option: Kindly send your payment confirmation to process your order. Please allow 2-3 business days to ship your order.
- Call for credit card details: Coordinate a phone call with us to provide your credit card details. We can charge Mastercard, Amex and American Express. For Visa credit card holders, we will send you an email with a secure payment link from Visanet portal.
- Orders will be processed within 2 business days. Delivery within 3-5 business days and international tracking provided. Our products ship with DHL Express from Lima, Peru.
- Undeliverable packages which require reshipment at the customer’s request are subject to a reshipment charge equivalent to the original shipping fees. This includes refusal of a package, unclaimed packages, or misinformation on the part of the customer.
- Customs, Duties and Other Fees for International Orders: Please note that shipping charges do not include taxes or duty. Customers are solely responsible for any customs, duties, foreign taxes or other fees that his/her country may impose to take delivery of his/her order. Notice ALQO WASI is not responsible for items damaged or lost during customs inspection in transit.
- Postal delivery date may vary according to the country of destination. Once your order is shipped you will receive the tracking information.
- Refunds cannot be issued for delayed or lost packages resulting from unavailability of the recipient, acts of public authority, riots, strikes, labor disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to weather phenomena or natural disasters, or in the event that an ordered product is out of stock or has limited availability.
- For damaged or defective items, you must contact us within 15 days of receipt. All exchanges require a prior coordination with ALQO WASI. Products must be in original packaging, unused and in sellable condition. We reserve the right to determine whether an item has been used or washed.
- Refunds that are issued will be for the product(s) price and processed upon receipt of the undamaged item(s).
